Dilithium Refining

I'm beyond lost here can someone help me? I have lots of Dilithium ore but i can't find where to refine to use it, yes i know the cap, but WHERE DO I REFINE IT?????

    Press "I" to open Inventory, select the Assets Tab at the top of that window. About the middle of the Assets page, you see the Refine Dilithium tab. Click = win.

    I CANT RIFINE DILITHIUM its been 5 days it is now 9/02/12 so plz help i need to know i am i free to play player is that y ?:mad:

    No, it's not because you're free-to-play. User darkstarkirian gave the correct answer and correct instructions in how to do it.

    i know how to refine i have been doing it BUT i cant now, now it is 6 days i dont understand it always said 8000 and no more today ? but i have not refine for 6 days ?

    have you submitted a bug report to cryptic as I have seen a few comments from ppl not able to refine Di.
    Also I would suggest doing a force verify on the game incase you have a local cache issue.
    Boot the launcher and click options then force verify (i think)

    Are you a gold player? If so the game might just be auto-refining your 8000 Dilithium per day for you when you log in.
    Write down the amount of refined Dilithium you have, check back the next day.

    he says he is a free to play player. unless he has somehow gone gold and its refining it for him, it sounds like its a bug.

    Ya looks like i have to report i sill cant refine :( but thanks for all your help :D
