Spending ZEN on extra bankslots

Hi,

I want to buy extra bankslots with zen.
But if i do that will it count only for that character?
If i delete the character will i have the extra bankslots on my new character or do i have to spend zen again for extra bankslots.

    Normal bank and inventory slots are per-character. If you delete the character, you lose everything that character had that can't be transferred over.

    If it helps, think of them as being "Bound to Character"

    You could buy Account Bank slots instead, which would be global for all of your characters on one account. They are more expensive to buy, though.

    Its good to know that its bound to char.
    It would be a good thing if the c-store informed us about bind to char of bind to account if you buy something from the C-store.

    If you look at the item description in the C-Store, it should tell you whether an item is account-wide or per-character. If the description doesn't say, that's a text bug and should be reported.

    I agree it could be made plainer and easier to find that information. Alas, I am a player like you and can't fix it. Feel free to put some feedback in the appropriate feedback forum (C-Store and Promotions).

    Or you could sign up for gold (if you aren't currently) during their sale ($30 for 3 months).

    This increases your inventory slots from 42 to 72 and your bank slots from 48 to 108 on all characters.

    Plus you get 500 Zen for each of the 3 months. :)
