Hi to all

Wish I didn`t need to post this but anyone know how or what to do about haveing two of the same ships?? By that I mean when I came home from the city (Doctors appointment) I was going to get the free ingame odyssey T Cruiser and buy the Multi-vector advanced Escort with the zen I loaded (prepaid game cards). Problem started when clicked ok for the M-V Escort, It was still set for the odyssey Cruiser as all I did was scrol over to the escort but didn`t click on it so now I have 2 Odyssey Cruiser`s but can only use 1.

Anyone know how I can get the multi-vector Escort and odyssey ex-changed or who to email or whatever. I don`t have to much time as I`ve got to go back to the city in about a week or so for 2 months of chemo, TRIBBLE. Anyway thanks for your time. Neil

    that's odd that it let you buy 2 of the same one. after i bought my ships they indicated that they were purchased and dont allow me to purchase them again. are you sure you got the exact same ship? there are 3 different odysseys.


    i would try customer support.

    Yes they are both the odyssey tactical cruisers. If it was one of the other odyssey cruiser I wouldn`t mind. If I try to colect it from the store then it`l tell me I can`t use it. As for customer support the email I found don`t work for me??? Neil

    When you went to click on the Oddy for the second time it should not have deducted any Z-points, You should end up with 2 ( or however many you claim) Oddy packs in your inventory. You can dismiss the Oddy in your inventory or in one of your shipslots and reclaim them at anytime, you can reclaim any Z-Store ship if you have dismissed it just remeber to stip the ship of any non-stock items first.
    As far as I know there is no "free ingame odyssey T Cruiser" just the Standard Oddy with 9 slots.

    I think this confusion is due to the fact that the Oddys come in packs (since they are bound anyway I don't understand why they did this) instead of working the way all other C-store ships do...

    Did you pay Zen for any of these ships, Oddy or MVAE?

    As for customer support, if you click on the little question mark next to your minimap, you should get some help options. Choose "Request GM Help" if you actually want a response...it should work though, they usually do respond.

    Yes, I got 2 prepaid game cards for this while I was in the city over the weekend a 25 and a 10 dollar card. I also loaded them into the game while there but sister`s pc wouldn`t run the game. The 25 for a extra ship an $10 card is going to be used for whatever for now but no more till I find out if this chemo`s going to work or not. Neil

    Yes I know that but that was for a mod or someone I could or may trust (I Hope lol) I`m also 57, disabled an now cancer so I don`t realy give a peep now lol, My sons also played this for some time now.

    Far as I know the ody was free (my final ship from the admiral) an went to buy the multi but didn`t click on it b4 I clicked buy but now have a extra ody sitting in the store. Maybe I did had to buy the first ody as I went to get them both the same day but why do I have a extra one sitting in the store?? an If I try to collect it, it`ll tell me I can`t have 2??

    Never give your password to anyone. PWE support doesn't need it, and anybody who tells you different is lying to you.

    Definitely don't give it to us mods; we're mostly reformed forum trolls. :)

    Thanks Syber, I`ll try that one in a bit, If I do get another ship later I`ll defnitely click on them for the info on it b4 i click buy an not just scroll over to it. lol An don`t worry about forgetting things it happens, think maybe it`s something to do with age but not sure yet;). Thanks Neil
