Bought the Odyssey with my Zen but I don't have the ship! Any advice?

Hi guys I bought the Odyssey with my Zen, it took around 2000 I believe from my balance and said I had purchased it however it's not in my ship menu. I have plenty of free ship slots.

I can't access it and no mention of it on my menu.

I'm not quite sure what to do? Has anyone else had this problem?

I am a vice admiral and met all requirements for buying the ship.

    Did you check your inventory? When buying an Odyssey/Bortasqu', you get a special box thing that when opened, grants you the ship version you purchased.

    You'll still have to go a major base to switch your current ship, customize it and so on, but you do have the ship ;)
    Was named Trek17.

    Been playing STO since Open Beta, and have never regarded anything as worse than 'meh', if only due to personal standards.

    No you were right! My inventory was full it didn't complete correctly. Thanks so much!:)
