Bridge Crews and Crew

darkhunter00darkhunter00 Member Posts: 1 Arc User
Hello I'm new to this forum and I've been playing the game for about a week now.
For the most part I'm enjoying the game, the combat is more interactive then most mmo's, but something I'm a bit disappointed by is not being able to really talk or interact with my bridge Crew or the rest of my crew.

I've always thought that was something you HAD to have in a Star Trek game because of the focus on the drama between crew mates.

Just do what I do and have the conversations in your head.

Or talk out loud if so inclined. That way, it lets you imprint your own personalities into your crew, instead of being forced to have the personalities the game gives them (for example, on my ship, I have an ex-Maquis who has a long running feud with my Jem'Hadar here on an officer exchange program. The two are always fighting, and never sit together on the bridge. Ok, it's actually a fluke they never sit together on the bridge because of where the game positions them, but that's what they do).

    Same here.
I do that all the time.
I came up with bio's and personalities with all of my bridge officers.

Really? My CMO told me they had nothing for it. I feel a demotion may be in order.

I have to visit my doctor at least twice a day due to transporter accidents where my bridge officers are merged with their chairs, and their legs are stuck in the floor.

They paw at air in front of them because they can't reach their consoles. Devoted crew that I have.

    Those poor souls.

(You'd think 2 years after launch they would fix such model clipping issues)

Do what we all do and take it with humour ;)

It's a feature we are waiting for since the beta, it'll probably never come unless they can somehow make money with it. The game is a F2P/P2W monstrosity. Don't search for "Star Trek" feeling in it.
