Department Head Development?

So, way back in the day there was talk of a true department heads system, and first officer system coming into play as part of the Duty Officer system, somehow consuming the duty officers to give perks.


Near the launch of the Doff system there was talk that it would be 'in the next update to the system'


So here I am, asking, any progress? :)

    This is a great question since I know the guy who authored the crew system the doff system was based off of and I know he was disappointed it was only implemented half way. So much more potential it has.
