How do I wear my Tholian Silk Scarf?

I'm embarrassed to even have to ask this, but I bought a Tholian Silk Scarf from the Lobi store a few days ago, opened the box and it seemed like that unlocked the costume item.

In the tailor I can't find where the thing is, though! Which slot am I supposed to be looking under? My KDF (Orion) character, the one I unlocked it on, doesn't seem to have the option listed anywhere.

    The scarf should be listed under collar options in the costume editor.

    Well that was weird. Even though I unlocked it 3 days ago, I had to go to the tailor, log out and log back in, and then it finally showed up.
