pfff and Jar Jar managed to successfully fight and defeat a battledroid army (by mistake but still) and despite his obvious learning disability rise to become the representative of an entire culture and senator of a whole planet ... but again none of that makes him any less TRIBBLE... still by comparison he achieved more with well less mental capacity than even Neelix

Ehhh... there's quite a huge difference between accidentally destroying a battalion of battle droids and INTENTIONALLY manning up to face danger, and becoming one of literally hundreds of senators doesn't really mean very much compared to officially being appointed Ambassador to 1/4 of the entire galaxy...

A senatorial appointment is probably a similar enough post under normal circumstances, but that particular senate was even more co-opted and less effective than any Earth senate.

...the Jar-Jar vs Neelix 'whos best' debate is kinda off topic. We might see Talaxians but we'll never see Gungans, so it's irrelevant. :P

it wasn't a who's best debate... it was "why do these two even exist someone needs to be shot" debate... we are just arguing over which one should be first in line for the firing squad :)

I agree. I've said this before, but Neelix is that kind of friend you're glad you have, but you would never introduce him to your other friends. :P He could be really annoying, but at least he had redeeming qualities. Jar Jar on the other hand........

But back on topic. I think I've mentioned this in another thread, but I would love to see Edosians (Three pistols at once!), Linked Bynars (Where you control two people instead of one), Xindi, Particularly the Insectoids (I think it would be fun to be a giant bug...), and we could use more Alien options as well.

I'd like Ekosians, Hirogen, and Na'kuhl to hook up.

Three flavors of space TRIBBLE. I'm sure they'd find some things to agree on.

Call it something like the Black Sun or something. (The Black Sun was an occult emblem used by the TRIBBLE.)

Basically the Na'kuhl and Ekosians finding a symbiotic relationship with one another and a few fascist Hirogen as honor guard.

I wouldn't actually dress them as National Socialists but I've give them new uniforms that have that "screen fascist in high collar black leather and lightning bolts" aesthetic. Maybe with some kind of alien Bismark-style helmet with a vaguely Judge Dredd look.

Hovercycles, spotlights everywhere, prison camps, a leader whose face is displayed on giant viewscreens and billboards, propaganda everywhere, rifles with bayonets.

I suppose I see them making a play for Romulan space.

Maybe an exiled Cardassian as minister of propaganda.

Hmmm as a player race? ... Romulans !

There are many races in Star Trek that would be fun to play. Many have been already mentioned in this thread.

I would like to see a list of smaller races that ally with KDF and the Federation. Races that are not yet fixed on the side they support.

Maybe those parasites from the episode conspiracy as it was never explained if they ever got the message that was sent. Apart from in some novels

I still want them to do something w/the Ba'neth.

The Ba'neth, to me, is like the Merman is to Hadley in "Cabin in the Woods".
