Design the next Excelsior Contest

All you Excelsior lovers know you want a bigger sleeker Excelsior to keep up with the big boys. As far as looks and length anyways.
Instead of letting JamJamz design it, why not another contest to get the players excited and involved again. And this time, stick closer to the winning submission, instead of going way off on a tangent like the Odyssey. I would think this ship wouldnt be scrutinized by CBS so it should be an easier contest to pick a winner from.
What stats should she have?

PS, Wheres the ships based off the runner up entries to the Enterprise F contest? Some deserved to be built at Utopia Planitia.

I have a role in mind for the Excelsior B. In Starfleet anyways, not so much how it fits in STO. I think Im going to work on a concept anyways, since I was too late to the party for the Enterprise F contest. The Excelsior name is going to once again be at the leading edge of innovation for Starfleet.

Until some engineer from the Enterprise get's their hands on it and makes sure that it doesn't go anywhere again....
I remember them telling us that they chosen the Runner Ups because their ships all had interesting ideas that they would like to incorporate in future STO ships. Best example is Vektor's Deflector dish making it's way onto the Bellerophron. (Entry 1076's saucer was used on the Belle as well).
MadeinJapan's Pinnacle-class's forward-swept pylons just been shown on the new Regent. And I even caught several things from my own DTNE entry with the Venture and the Regent.
If they decide to bring those ships to life, it would be surprising. I know that Madden's entry is still a fan favorite for the T5 Consitution.
Well, I'll have to see what JJ is capable of. He's done some good works, and he's ..... well not exactly hit on target.
But I have to question if they would make another Excelsior given it's supposed to be phased out by now and replaced by the Sovereign (which we saw the Fleet Sovereign replacing the Excelsior's edge).
