can lower rank character get Ferengi D'Kora Marauder from the box?

Well thats my question...if i am forexample rank commander and i open the ferengi lock boxes, can i get the ship loot allready if am lucky or do i have to be rear admiral to get this loot from the box?

    You get a box with the ship in it, which you can open when you get to the level needed to open (right click on one of the D'Kora boxes on the Exchange to see what level you need to be to open it). It will happily sit in your inventory until such time as you can open it.
