No Security Dept Head contact on ships

This has been an oversight for a while, but I was just reminded of it while trying to get an assignment from someone's bridge: there is no shipboard contact that corresponds to the security department head contact.
For Fed this isn't a big deal - Feds get almost no assignments from their security dept head - but KDF get a much larger selection of espionage assignments from their security dept head, and those assignments are often different from the espionage assignments offered by the tactical dept head. For example, while Fed will only see Instigate Defection from their tac officer, KDF can see it from either tac or sec and have no way to share it if it's from the latter.
The ready room console only shows the tactical officer, leaving no way to access the assignments from the security dept head.

The Brig contact is an equivalent to the Fed Counselor contact - it just offers a couple of Development assignments.
They're so you can share the assignments from your dept heads with other people, and so other people can do the same for you. If you invite someone to your bridge, they can see the assignments your dept heads have via the shipboard contacts.
There's also a couple assignments (console/turret/torp platform fab, infusing artifacts, hamlet performance, bartending/chef chains) that are only available by actually visiting the bridge.
