Really confused about veteran rewards. Are they only for gold members? Or if not what I have to do activate it?
Veteran Rewards are for being a Gold member, meaning you have subscribed to the game. You automatically accumulate time for every day you are subscribed.
Rewards come in 100 day increments.
Some rewards, like titles, show up as soon as you log in. Others have to be claimed from the C-Store as unlocked items.

Subbing has no advantage anymore. Roundtable? nonexistent (no one goes there), 500 zen? make that in a day woopie, bank increase to 1billion ec, buy that with said zen you can make in a day. Again, woopie.
Veteran rewards? not useful in any way.
So...why should a person sub?

If you level multiple characters, the extra bank, boff roster, ship space, inventory, and account bank are REALLY useful. You also get a free VA ship (from a limited pool) at 600 days (which is useful), a free full respec per char on most reward tiers, a few more character slots, and a few more ship slots per character.
In sum, if you a 1 or few character player, go F2P. If you're multiple, go Gold for at least one month. If you like the higher tier vet rewards, go Lifetime. That Free Ship at 1000 days is probably going to be a pretty cool ship (to make it worth it; it'd be lame if it were a normal ship for subbing for 1000 days).
EDIT: If you can make 500 Zen in one day, at a generous rate of 250 Dil per Z, that's 125000 Dilithium, or 15.625 Characters. If you have 16 Characters, you really should go Gold.
If they diversify the Android Bridge Officer like they said they were working on, with more careers and a gender choice, I'd totally resub to get my 700 days in.

Seems like the Account bank might get somewhat interesting soon. Best reason to go gold I've seen.
TOIVA, Toi Vaxx, Toia Vix, Toveg, T'vritha, To Vrax: Bring in the Allegiance class. Toi'Va, Ti'vath, Toivia, Ty'Vris, Tia Vex, Toi'Virth: Add Tier 6 KDF Carrier and Raider. Tae'Va, T'Vaya, To'Var, Tevra, T'Vira, To'Vrak: Give us Asylums for Romulans.
Let's say that ONE ZEN costs 250 REFINED dilithium. As pointed out above, you'll need 125,000 REFINED dilithium. You can only refine a maximum of 8000 dilithitium per day. To refine the fuull 125000 dilithium, you'll need to faithfully log in each day for 16 days, just to refine that 8000 dilithium per day. That's a max of 1000 Refined dilithium per month, per character.
While I won't argue that it may be theoretically possible to run enough missions and events to get 125000 dilithium in a day, I honestly have no idea how anyone could do that much content, that fast. I personally have trouble getting close to 5000 in a day. Though I certainly admit that I'm not the most knowledgeable about all the best sources and tricks to pushing the envelope.
I'd love to know what method you use to get so much dilithium in a day, refined or otherwise.
