Disconnected, can't log in.

    Same issue. Also, I closed the game out and tried opening the launcher and it gets stuck trying to connect.

    same here... it disconnected during an exploration mission then kept got the 'account server timed out' error message. Killed the game, brought it back up and now I'm getting a 'Unable to authenticate' error message in the launcher window. :(

    I am having the same issue. I was on DS9 then lost connection and have been unable to connect again.

    Any of you on Comcast?

    I'm on Comcast Business in Houston...

    The launcher is trying to connect to 208.95.185.41 on port 7255. Attempting to trace to that IP address only gets 6 hops down then times out. My last successful hop is 68.86.85.26.

    I am on Comcast in Houston as well.

    Alabama on Mediacom. No connection issue. I'm standing in Starfleet Academy as I type this.

    My main ISP is Comcast. I switched over to my backup ATT and it works. It appears to be a Comcast issue.

    I'm seeing a pattern... I'm on Comcast as well, though on a personal/home account not the 'for business' account. CRUD

    I just sent twitter messages to 3 STO accounts (Branflakes, Star Trek Online and CrypticQA). *Maybe* it'll get seen tonight. ::shrugs::

    I cannot get past the launcher either and I am on Comcast.
    However, I find it odd that I have zero connectivity issues with any other internet app...

    I can't connect either after being DCed in DS9 all of a sudden and I am stuck with unable to connect to patch server. I do have comcast in Sugar Land. Has Comcast decided to ban STO? And recently I keep getting DCed while others seems to be fine. Comcast or Xfinity is getting on my nerves now.

    It isnt just comcast. It is happening to the servers not your ISP.

    Doesn't appear to be the STO Servers... Connecting with Comcast in the Silicon Valley, and only had one disconnect for the entire evening...
