Cannons offline during Starbase Defence anyone

Ok first please dont move this to bugs or technical section im trying to ascertain if im being stupid or if this is a bug,

In a starbase fleet defence mission i found that at a certain point (i think the ships of the line bit) my quads and dual heavies went offline. My dual beam bank and turrets and tricobalt worked but nothing else.

Anyone have the same thing? and no i wasnt debuffed or anything check the screenie

Nothing but big white boxes around em. And it wasnt even a visual thing where i couldnt see the fire there was no damage coming from em.

Im an escort without cannons...what is that.,.. a brick?

    It is a known issue. There are dev threads on it in the pvp subforum and player report threads in the bug section. If you'd like to contribute your scenario and be part of the solution, please see Borticus' post in the pvp subforum.

    It's a game issue. It's just more prevalently witnessed in PvP - as those players pay far more attention to how their weapons work then most PvEers who simply turn on autofire. :)
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

    Like cosmic1 says, it's a game issue. The dev just made a thread in pvp subforums because we (pvp'ers) can better reproduce the testing steps in controlled situations Cryptic requires to troubleshoot.

    I don't PvP and only notice this in the new fleet runs so yeah

    Don't suppose it's the same bug as torpedoes not firing when set to auto?

    (Not in firing arc off cooldown, move into firing arc, nothing fires but kicks to CD anyways)
