Missing cape at tailor for Honor Guard set Mk XII

Got the full set today, got all optionals and "Honor Guard Elite Commander" accolade but still no option for cape at the tailor. I do have the helmet and a few other pieces though. Am I missing something or is this one of the many bugs the tailor has been having recently?

    Extremely likely. Cryptic buggered up child geometries (badges, ranks, skirt legs, chests, etc.) somehow, and I'm fairly certain those cape thingies are also child geometries.

    Ok thx. Sucks to go through all that trouble to unlock it only to not be able to access it, oh well.

    ah forget about mk xii ground set visual.
