Draguas bugged?

I recently reached captain on my new Engineer, so since I owned the Draguas I decided to take it instead of buying a new ship with my token.

So anyways I start my first mission with it, something was wrong...the engine trail was off to the left of the ship...soon I found out the weapons fire was also not emanating from the ship either. I thought maybe was just some quirk...but it kept happening then the server was doing a restart last night. So I log on today and its till like it.
Can't have a honest conversation because of a white knight with power

    it happens sometimes. its like the hard points on the ship are not set.

    I just had a look at that ship in the ship requisitions window, i noticed the other day that some of the engine glow effects are off to one side and above the ships hull line, and just now found the navigation lights are quite far forward of the ship and below the ship hull lines.

    This reminded me of the time i was doing the jem'hadar FE's with an alt in a raptor of the same tier, the warp trails were more aligned with the battle cruisers than the raptor, or atleast a wider and longer ship than the raptor.
