Is there some secret way to activate this now? I've tried posting threads, searching my control panel for the option...and nothing. I would appreciate any help on this.

    Upper left, click 'Edit your Avatar'. The option sits below the optional avatars. Don't ask me why it's in that spot? But there it is. :)
