DOff Missions -> Fleet Marks?

Aren't Duty Officer Missions supposed to reward Fleet Marks once you've hit 150,000CXP?

    I thought so. I've done a couple of Military missions where I am over 150,000 and I don't get any xp points, nor do I see any fleet marks. What gives?

    there's a special contact in a patch that will add a contact that give you the missions.

    Is there any word on when that contact mission will go live?

    The last official word I heard was "Soon (tm)."
