  We should get 480 refined dilithium a day compensation, but in Cryptic's eyes we are a minority so I doubt they'll do jack for us. In fact I don't even expect it to be fixed.
  
  Their is an international organization in my country that deals with companies not treating their customers right, I am seriously considering contacting them due to the way Cryptic is treating us.
  
  May as well report them about the lock boxes lottery too which I bet they (Cryptic/PWE) aren't paying gambling taxes in those either.

  Pretty much. We had a player a few months back purchase the wrong ship thanks to a messed up English to German translation that Cryptic. All he got was a mention in the patch notes that the problem got fixed.
