How to Gift Zen/CP

dariusmajeredariusmajere Member Posts: 0 Arc User
So... With all this new TRIBBLE.. How the Fk Do you Gift Someone Points anymore. I used to easily by the card off the STO site, but that option is gone. I do not see a Option on the Zen Site about gifting points to someone. I used to buy Cpoints to hand out as prizes during fleet events and now it seems I can't do this....

Hey, A company is allowed to TRIBBLE up many things, But streams of resources being REMOVED is a no-no according to business 101

I'd like the ability to buy pints and just have them deposited into a friends account.

THink about it, you log in on your birthday or whatever and see a message from a friend "Happy ******* Day" and get a C-point deposit.

This definitely needs to return. Going to retail chains to buy cards that in most cases, aren't stocked (GameStop is a perfect example of this) is pointless. Virtual Gift Cards like the way Cryptic's system worked, need to be added to the PWE platform.

They really should give people a way to do that through their website -- it would help keep people away from the skeezy fligh-by-night sites.

I am not keen on Zen and the conversion rate from Zen to C points is proof that "Free to Play" means you pay even more if you choose. 1 C point used to cost $0.80 and when you convert Zen to C points the cost is $0.84, this might not seem like much but when you add it up Perfect World is not all that perfect.

I also would like to know why he was paying 80 cents for a CP.

Most people were getting 80 CP for a dollar... ($0.0125 per CP).

The conversion is purchase power equivalent...

    $1 = 100 Zen = 80 CP.

This does not change. Season 6 store prices have been converted appropriately.

Totally inaccurate, for the reasons stated by the posters above.
In fact, it's the opposite. Because Zen at higher amounts always earns you bonus Zen, this is proof that you now can pay even less for the same things.

Personally I miss when the Virtual Gift cards were available. I used to love getting little gifts from friends and stuff ^_^ Especially since I'm saving up for a new computer, it was nice to get donations to In-game thingies ._. Now that I cant get that anymore it's much less fun.

Bring Virtual Gift Cards back, please <3

Could always just buy the card and email the information off of the back to the one that you;re trying to gift to.

    You are wrong, period.

    TO OP,

Sounds cool, ego boosting even... Seriously, if you haven't figured out how to do this, you haven't done this much.

This isn't the SIMS, really, you can't be this lame....You want to GIVE so bad, you can and it'd easy. You want to pretend or even just start to give things away, then learn how.
