The scarf can be worn with any uniform or off duty clothing, doesn't show up as an option for formal wear or any sets (Omega, MACO, etc.). http://i.imgur.com/z0mPs.png

I bought a scarf on the exchange. Too bad you can't adjust the scarf length or angles and stuff. Looks nice though
