    The video is set to private so I couldn't watch it

    Very good guide. Just one thing I didn't heard in the video: In every pack you have two ships, which can't be distracted from attacking the freighter. All others will attack the player. So concentrating fire and abilities on these two enemies will save the freighter.

    Yeah...uploaded it as private overnight (knowing that I wanted to add some annotations before it went live). Could have sworn I switched that over before I left for work this morning though...:o. Oh well, 'tis fixed now.

    +2 for a great video guide

    -1 for not using the focus target frame.

    To set a target as your "focus target", select your target and press the little thumbtack icon beneath the level indicator. This will "pin" the target to the focus target frame, allowing you to select other targets, but still keep an eye on and quickly switch to your "focus target" when you need to.

    In this scenario it is especially handy to select the freighter you are protecting as your focus target so that you can go on and keep destroying its attackers but still keep an eye on it in case it needs more help, like tossing another tac team or heal (or, if it manages to get destroyed while your back is turned, signal you to move on to the next freighter)

    I wanted to add if you have to say you have five ships, and one is say a Star Cruiser not the most flexible you may have to sacrifice one freighter going in or out to protect the other two.

    I found my tank build though can threaten a pack and sit there taking if as the ship gets to or from the base just forget subtle its your job to take it and dish it out for the team.
