FAQ: Why did the Feds get a Robe and Scarf in the Lobi Store, while the KDF just get the scarf?

I see that it says Level 50s have a chance at Mk XII, but does this mean that a Level 50 will always get at least a Mk XI?

I think pretty much everyone can agree that getting a Mk X weapon from the Weapons Pack at Level 50 would be bad... since, you know, mission replays all award Mk XI. ;)

I suspect its because the KDF body shapes can be a Gorn in the sides of the Character Artists. :P

An amazing selection of items. A credit to their creators (visuals and mechanics). Not convinced to spend actually money yet though, but thats not to say I won't be opening many boxes.

Since the keys cost money, don't you have to spend actual money?

Somebody does, but you can buy the keys off the exchange for EC.

Well, we know that isn't the case at all, since the Gorn HAVE clothing options, such as all the Standard Uniforms and the Academy Uniform. So the idea that it "won't fit Gorn", is preposterous do to the fact that they do have the ability to wear clothes.

*Please forgive my comments if you are indeed new to STO*

It might well be cynical of me to assume this, but if you genuinely did not know you could obtain such things without paying money then I feel you may be willingly keeping yourself in a state of ignorance, fueled by blind acceptance of what the most vocal voices against these lockbox offerings are communicating on these forums, in game and on other sites. I apologize if that is not the case, as you may have simply, repeatedly missed that important detail.

Not to turn this into a different thread, but its an crucial detail that heavily effects my opinion on such matters (so I hope you can appreciate why I replied in this manner and mean no personal offence).

What is great about tholian lock boxes is, that they actually ALWAYS contain something really useful, with some extra chance for something awesome. Well, maybe except the vanity items (the value of these comes down to their appeal to personal taste) ... but I guess one can always trade them ?

It was Gorning quite well the first time around. I don't understand what your problem is.

Now the drop rate is ridiculously low. 25 minutes on nukara and I only got one. I'll need 150 to get my carrier, do you really think i'm going to farm the game for boxes?
