Cant contribute non-civilian doffs

Project: Provision Fleet ships I

Requires 12 non-civilian doffs. I have 2 available. I can clivk the "contribute" button. I can select the doff to donate. When I click the "ok" button, the window gets stuck at "transferring non-civilian duty officer..." and doesn't complete. Multiple fleet members have tried to donate and get the same thing.

    Project is still stuck after the update. Still can't donate any doffs. Still gets stuck at the transferring duty officer screen.

    same issue, so the SB is at a standstill casue we can start any assigments now

    Project is still stuck. But other projects don't seem to have this problem.

    same problem here, i have 20 doff and i can't contribute
    - Brazilian Fleet - lvl 20_Tier5 / Emb,DiliM,Spi lvl 9

    Mine has partly resolved itself, and the only thing I can think of is that the officers I were trying to select were currently on an assignment....maybe?

    Other than that, I don't know :(
