Fleets Starbase Transwarp Gate

Has anyone figured out how to complete it so you can transwarp to your Fleet's Starbase? Since my fleet got our starbase, I've been wondering how you unlock it, but I haven't had any luck. I looked through the Fleet Projects and see nothing on how to complete it and I haven't(to my knowledge)seen any topics in the forums about it. I asked my best friend who started the fleet with me and he said he talked to a developer(he was a beta tester)and she said they can't say(or won't say)how to unlock it yet....

    I think its one of the highest tier projects. I doubt anyone has had time to make it that far yet.

    I was poking around our fleet starbase earlier, and I think I read from one of the npc's that it needs to be at Science level 1 to unlock transwarp ability.

    On Tribble, you could complete the transwarp conduit once your Station (and Science) reached Tier I.

    its a low tier item to start with that lets you go to your base. listed in science once you reach the first tier.

    the higher tier ones offer transwarps to far flung places.

    Good Im glad I was wrong.

    I am looking forward to my own Transwarp gate.

    I still think its odd that the Path to 2409 states that the Federation Transwarp Network has been open since 2399, but we are still confined to flying through open space for the most part.

    We see a couple of transwarp gates during missions, but we are not able to use them.

    The only transwarp abilities are ship driven, not a gate network. Exception being the Transwarp gate to Gamma Orionis.

    Is there any way to get to your fleet starbase without a transwarp gate?

    Just fly there. It's in Eta.
