Ferengi Ship Still available?

Does anyone know if the Ferengi ship is still available? I can't find it in the C-store.

    its not a Zen item its a random box drop from the Ferengi box. Good luck getting it.
    Is it good, sure. Is it soo good that you will pay 100,000,000 for it , no !
