PvP Dudes looking for PVP Fleets (starbases!)

So I'm sure I'm not the only one, I am currently in panda cubs (lulz 
) and frankly I'd like to be in a pvp fleet that is somewhat working towards getting starbase stuff going.
So this is a thread for people such as myself to say "yo pvp fleet, please take me so I can use your starbase like the intergalactic pvp hobo I am".
So to better sell myself I will relay the following.
I suck, I suck alot...
I once failed so hard I made my entire pug up and leave, but I stayed and let the other team kill me 14 times.
I don't like escorts and will not fly one at max level, mostly sci's/atrox/cruiser.
I once tractor beamed someone so much he just logged, well this technically happened more than once.
People complain about my pet spam, when I'm not even using pets.
I shot a man in dronza once just to watch him vaporize.

Needs more sci vessels and cruisers. Its timing and teaming. If youd like, send a tell in game..or a private msg out here..if it works
