What I'm Looking For
Having been through countless hordes of PUGs for STFEs, I am looking for two things from any Fleet Offers:
1. An open, active, supportive community. To clarify, supportive, means that any prospective member can reasonably expect assistance or inclusion in events. This also pertains to collective projects. I want to help build a starbase and reap the rewards, but I also do not want to be under the impression that I and four others are the only ones putting resources in.
2. Has mastered existing content and will master future content. By this, I mean has spent time learning and attempting various tactics and has found efficient methods for beating STFs and other content, including any and all optional objectives. I stress this point because STF(E)s are not extremely difficult for players that have the right mindset and know their role.

My Background
I have been playing STO since Beta. I did two weekend tests before pre-Order Beta Access. I have flown Cruisers ever since. At first I tried the Tactical Officer/Tank Cruiser role, now I prefer my Engineer/Tank Cruiser Admiral. My specialization is in Space Combat. I put minimum points into the ground abilities. I prefer my Sovereign over my Sci-Ody, but both are effective in STFs and properly geared. In addition I take the time to read material about builds and skills to be certain that I am performing as best as I can with my build. I also have put time and effort into other aspects of this game such as earning Ambassador the hard way, before Doffs.

Vice Admiral Sera Revas, Joined Trill
USS Andromeda, Odyssey Class (Science)
USS Tokugawa, Sovereign Class
USS Huygens, Delta Flyer Shuttlecraft
USS Entrepreneur, Tuffli Type Frieghter

Moving Forward
I would appreciate any willing Fleet Invites to run any STFEs with me so I can show where I stand and see where they stand as well; a dry run basically. I have no trouble doing my job in space, the ground STFs I can adapt to the situation.

That sounds just like us! Would like to offer you to come with us with a few fleet runs, if you like, and check us out! You won't be disappointed! :D

Many of us have been here since Beta as well. We've known most of each other for at least a year or two! It's a pretty tight fleet community!

Our fleet is Starfleet M.A.C.O./KDF Honor Guard/STFRaiders

This is our fleet website if you're curious to know more about us.

BTW, my in-game handle name is @StarfleetCommander

I'm going to be up front and honest with you. The way your two requirements are phrased tends to make me believe you are a hardcore player who expects perfection. If so, I don't believe the {UFP} is for you. Now, I could be mistaken. Written words are hard to judge and I admit I could be completely wrong. That being said, I'm going to reply to your two requirements and let you decide for yourself if you want to give us a try:
    1. In the {UFP} any member can be as active and achieve whatever they are willing to work for. From fleet admiral to cadet, everyone is on equal footing as long as they treat one another with respect and courtesy. This goes for how we treat those we encounter not in the fleet as well. Every event is open to every member (as far as I have ever seen) and every member is welcome to participate in whatever the fleet has going on. How much you contribute depends entirely on how much effort you put into it.
    2. We have people like this, but we also have those who are not quite as accomplished. We even have a group called the FSOG which is dedicated to perfecting the STF runs. That being said, you could end up running an STF with members from any experience level and not always with an elite team. If running with a fleetmate who is learning the ropes or is not as adept with the game as you are bothers you, you my friend, are the one with the problem, not the member. Me, I'm somewhere in the middle, leaning toward the elite side but not there yet. I'll get there though.
The {UFP} is willing to accept new members. The question is, are you willing to accept the {UFP} as a whole? If so, click my siggy banner and check us out. Tell 'em Stormy sent ya. I think you'll be glad you did.

I hold myself to a high standard when it comes to playing my toon. I may have overstated what I am looking for. Essentially, I want to be reasonably sure that when I group up with experienced players that we can get any optionals we choose to get. The exception is if I voluntarily go to help teach an STF.

I want to succeed and be with people that take the missions seriously enough to do so. As for the non-mission related discussion I prefer the casual experience where people feel free to joke and kid.

I appreciate all the offers, I'm going to read over the websites! Thanks again!
