Beam Down To Nukara Has No other Officers

  you misunderstood that. When you're beaming down to Nukara Prime, you beam alone - without any other members of your crew.
  
  When you're a Tac-Player, you have the ability to call a security guard down to Nukara. Only in that case you have the security-team with you - for some seconds....^^

  Alternatively, if you have the Shard of Possibilities, they also beam down with EV suits.

  Mine didn't flash in with EV suits.. they wore the Uniform I was wearing under my EV suit, not the EV suit itself.. and they plus my Security Escort lasted a good amount of time especially in the Medium zone.
