Extremely poor Fullscreen UI oversight

When we have the game set to FULL SCREEN there is still an invisible minimize/close boxes up in the corner.
THis wouldn't be so bad except for 3 things
1) they are invisible
2) they are located in the spot where 90% of the other game windows close buttons are
and
3) they are always, always put at the top of the stack of windows no matter what.
This is a very very very shortsighted move.
Please remove these buttons- they are totally and completely unnecessary for full screen format.
OR
At least move them to the window that pops up when you hit "Esc", at all other times your mouse should not be able to interact with them (or better yet they should not exist at all in full screen mode)
You have no idea how annoying it is to always have the game at multiple times pop into windowed mode because of these buttons. repeatedly.
