    The video to the left of the list is even better - of the tricorder being opened and then... turned on.

    Ok, I'm going to need a list of all the required pieces, step by step instructions, and an excuse to free up a week or more to build this stuff.

    It used to be that there were only so many original LEGO kits. And kids (like myself) went nuts and re-combined blocks for original models. I had new spaceships to play with every week. :cool: Then the company went nuts and saturated the market with IP licensed kits. The set style , IMO, really took away from a child's imagination. I think it's cool that LEGO creations have come full circle for children as well as the adults.

    Imagining the look on the family's face when I start sleeping with replica phasers just like I do with my angry bird pillows and my Sovereign class model :P
