PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE pretty please with two cherries on top, PLLLLLEEEAAAAASSSSSEEEEEEEE make a way to have WORKING "evict from the base" rights, so that when griefers come in harrassing us or jumping all over us or screaming filth and insults all over everybodys good time or holding R@pe-gang roleplays (oh yes they did, 2 women got attacked 2 days ago at Drozana!), we can get rid of them out of there!!! Griefers are a HORRIBLE problem and WORKING "boots" are a deep dire necessity PLEASE make sure they are part of the starbase setup SOMEHOW please please please pretty please. (If its already worked into the design then awesome thanks and cool!)

other than what else do you want to add? you are never going to stop people from being jerks but there are already systems in place to deal with this.
Change instance then and report if it really bothers you. And no they didn't get "attacked" some toons ran up and jumped about next to them and maybe danced and said some stupid things in zone chat and the toon that was attacked either ignored it or played along. Unless you are so deep into RP that you are getting this game confused with real life in which case you need to take a long hard look at yourself.
Well dude, after being R@PEDin open quickpost at drozana, jumped and stomped all over by the man 4 times my size, and TRIBBLE at by his sword-wielding thug before I could get out, then forbidden by the ticket system to file the ticket because of the censoring issue, NO THAT SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK AND IS NOT ENOUGH!!!!!!! "put on ignore" does not stop a griefer from shoving their head into peoples privates, or jumping all over us, or attackign with weapons, or any of the otehr in game physical harassments they do. so dont TELL me it's enough!
The griefers are holding gangr@pe roleplays, the time for WORKING security has come.

Please forgive the upset I did not intend this to become a flamewar, I stated the events as occurred to show that there is a real need for security. We should be safe from attack in our own starbase and the current system just allows griefers to abuse everybody around them at will, or chase us out of having our fun to escape them. Now Grand Admiral Jordan Foot thought it was funny to go running around physically attacking and harrasing at least 2 women stating that he's TRIBBLE because theres nothing anyone can do about it. I asked him politely please leave me alone please dont step on me please back off etc, and in the end I was being atacked so badly I had to leave. Yes I felt VERY attacked, I was targeted especially, for askign them to stop and leave me alone. I left, and filed a report, and the censor system banned it. Enough is enough, WE NEED A WAY TO GET RID OF GRIEFERS.
Well i personally dont roleplay so to me (and it has happened to me) it does not offend me. it is just annoying that someone is acting stupid rather than some traumatic experience, but what censoring issue? what is forbidden about filing a ticket?
and what do you suggest? if you have a great idea that cant be exploited then lets hear it?

There is no "****" emote or action. All I see when I go to drozna is a bunch of people jumping around or dancing. maybe some fire extinguishers going off change instance or don't go there if you don't want to see that. I think a lot of this is all in your mind you can not get *****, mugged or assaulted in these areas. If you are receiving tells that you don't like hit ignore and report.
That is not griefing , griefing is actually interrupting someone's game causing them to faile kase by pushing probes through the gate.
I think you are the one with a problem here.
pushing a probe somewhere its not wanted is griefing on a minor scale

This thread is offensive to me.
It bothers me that someone considers the actions of an animated representation of a person jumping up and down next to another person to be assault.
Some people would find it poor taste, offensive and a massive case of delusion to likening avatar proximity to ****.

If you feel this is the case then please hire a lawyer to request the identity of the offender from perfectworld then prosecute. Keep us posted on your progress.
More importantly the game already includes the tools necessary to never receive any form of message you may find disturbing or pestering from anyone else in the game.

A eject from starbase for non fleet members option seems like a reasonable request though.
If you use a banned word like "grape" (without the "g") the system will not let you file the ticket. You have to choose the way you word the ticket carefully when reporting these types of problems.
Please enable us to buy a token with Zen to faction change a 25th Century FED to a TOS FED.

And their filter is messed up as well. I tried to submit one and it came back to me saying that "commandant of starfleet academy" was a swear word.

They did? If so that's a change as we have been told previously that outsiders can visit with an invite.
1. Fleet leaders can set permissions for which ranks are allowed to invite.
2. Anyone with invite permissions can expel any non-fleet members whether they invited them or not.
Hope that assuages your concerns.
What's the default for the permissions? It would be awkward if nobody could do anything because their fleet's leader was on holiday or something when season 6 goes live.

Seriously? Screenshot and report. That's all you can do. It's not a single player game. It might not be worded clearly, but somewhere in the EULA it probably says this is a social game, and agreeing to play, means you willingly submit yourself to the wonderful, rainbow, of diversity, that is the human race. It bugs me when I see someone with a completely un-Trek-like ship name like U.S.S. Fist of Doom, but what can I do?
Besides given the wardrobes for female characters in this game, the way those two were dressed probably told the guys they wanted it, anyways...

Wait, you go to Drozana to legitimately roleplay? I'd have to say that's your problem right there. I can almost guaruntee part of that hilarity involved the argument "Rapegangs are Canon!".
Fortunately for me I am quite happily able to ignore any visual TRIBBLE griefers try to throw at me and more than happy to put people who annoy me in local on ignore.
As for the rest, looks like fleet starbases will work similarly to starship interiors, so you should be fine there.
it's really sad if you think about it.....
It's easy to avoid most of the "social" hubs in the game, and for the times I do have to go there if I find some particularly pathetic individuals there, I just switch instances. I've never had anyone who was harassing me be bothered to change instances. In fact it's probably more likely they're too dumb to know how to change instances in the first place.
I would strongly support a method for coming down hard on blatant, repeated behavior which is rude and disrespectful towards others. If it's not something you could do in a public place in full view of law enforcement, then it should punishable online as well.

while childish i dnt see how an act like this can possibly devastate someone.
at this rate some one is going to go to jail for murder cuz they killed someone in a pvp ground map....
i think acting as though you were really violated is quite disturbing as it shows you are having a hard time differentiating real life from the game and you may possibly need some mental help or an intervention.
