What's behind the GNDN door on Opts level of the Fleet Base?

There is a large room on the map, behind a GNDN ( Goes Nowhere, Dose Nothing ) Door, from what I can see via clipping I see control panels and Holodeck style lattice work, but the floor seems a bit strange, kind of like it belongs at Quark's Bar on Deep Space Nine.

    Yes indeed. This is one of the secret rooms they built in so they can spy on us while we are with our fleet. There is another in the fleet showers, and that painting of Admiral Quinn you keep in the rec room with the oogling eyes... well..

    Its a holodeck I looked ;)

    I think this will must lightly unlock at a high tier on your starbase

    The holodeck is behind the door.

    Should you be so unlucky to fall through the transporter pad you can see it from the below.
