Still cant change color pattern on TOS Connie

Months ago when I created my second Fed toon, it wasnt working. My first toon still shows its TOS Connie altered paint scheme. Even clicking advanced, it does not let you change paint scheme at all. Just now for my third Fed toon, still nothing but plain Enterprise white. What is going on? I paid money for that ship. I want a FIX NOW!

    What's that? The Constitution that came with the collectors edition actually had an option to alter it's paint scheme?! MADNESS!
