Can't contribute

Got up this morning to find that I can't contribute anything from either my Fed character or KDF character. The buttons are grayed out. Side effect of the update?

    Yup... Fleet Leaders need to set permissions for each rank on whether or not they can contribute or buy from the fleet stores.
    Star Trek Online, Now with out the Trek....

    And unfortunately the Devs are the fleet leaders of the Cryptic Fed and Kryptic Klingons.

    So no progression today :(
