Did they make KA ground harder?

Today I ran 2 KA.
In the last room When someone respawn some borgs pop up. It makes it like no end fight with borg.
Did they make KA ground harder?

    I ran KA Ground just a few days ago and we didn't experience that. Though we weren't doing a rushed run we were just doing ti so a few of our friends could get the Borg Boff. But no I don't recall additional beam ins on respawn. Though my one death was the result of assimilation and I was respawned by a teammate.

    old bug don't respawn at end
