Can't Buy Zen / CP

So, when I went to buy Zen / CP, I got this...


This feature is inaccessible at this time.

Your account needs to be at least one week old and have a character at least level 10 in order for you to take advantage of this feature.

I've been playing for 2+ years. What's up with this? Doesn't Cryptic want my money?

Trying to submit a PWE ticket results in a 404 error.

    Same issue also whats up with the Dev Tracker seems to not be working or the Devs are not posting.

    I would have thought C-Store functionality would be at the top of the list of things to ensure, no? It will be a long, profitless weekend for them if they can't get it sorted in time.

    I wanted to buy the Bortas and Odyssey ship packs,but these clowns no longer take pre-paid gift cards. Now this whole Zen TRIBBLE has finally done it for me. ToR is going F2P up to level 15 next month. I may have to give that a try. I'm sure BioWare will take this cash.

    It is not as hard as people are making this out, I just got all the linking done, bought a small amount of test Zen (to get the first pending period over) all in a matter of under 15 minutes.

    when you get the message in the box where it says you need a level 10 toon just click right back on the green charge button and it should roll on just fine.

    I am logging in the game it-self now to test things working in there.

    Thanks, but that didn't work for me when I tried it. 'Your account isn't old enough' on purchase attempt and 404 on attempt to generate a ticket.

    Worked for me, took about 4 minutes.

    I used my GreenDot card (had $22.00 left on it)

    It wasn't the simplest thing to do though...

    Hated creating a Profile for PWE... :mad:

    I also got the 1 week & level 10 char. warning.... Ignored it and clicked on the Green ZEN Box anyway.

    And because of the way my name is on my CC I had to fiddle with the profile thingy to get it to work.

    (had to create three different profiles till it finally worked.)

    Noticed that there is no way to Delete a profile on PWE... that's annoying also.

    (I now have two incorrect profiles and one good one)
