Hopefully I can alleviate some confusion here perfect world sells currency cards, I have not yet used one, Plan to make that my only points purchasing method when I need some again.
Looking into these and trying them sure seem like a better option than having cardiac episodes on the forum.

Before, I could just buy a Cryptic points key and send that to someone. Now, I don't know if it still works that way, or if you can gift Zen to another player, or transfer it to another player's wallet.
I suppose I could go to the store buy a prepaid card to gift pretend Internet money to my friends, but that seems like such a step backwards from the old system, where I didn't have to go anywhere.
There are places to get them on-line but that is very much do so at your own risk. research very carefully!!
I can't get my fraking Cryptic account merged at the moment because Yahoo Mail is down and I need to preform various password security updates and check various account statuses and so forth
I can't see exactly what happens yet, however when everything works itself out I will post any updates I can
