..and when I click this then I get the following message:
This feature is inaccessible at this time.

Your account needs to be at least one week old and have
a character at least level 10 in order for you to take
advantage of this feature.

So why should we see this banner at all?
Grinding for MkIV epic gear?

    Even if you were able to purchase Zen it seems there's currently no way to transfer any amount of Zen from your "wallet" to STO! When attempting to transfer Zen to STO there's no server(s) to select so the transfer cannot be completed!

    This is just a completely massive failure from PWE! They've managed to take a working system and completely break it, rendering it utterly useless!

    I submitted a ticket, as we all should do.

    Due to my OCD nature I like to check the "My Tickets" section, just to make sure it worked. The "My Tickets" link is broken. Awesome.

    I feel that the Gamma Quadrant pack offer should be extended. i was going to try one more time for a Jem'Hadar ship but have been denied by PWE's gross negligence. Why wasn't all of this tested PRIOR to release, or how about AFTER a limited offer like the Jem'Hadar ship was over? I expect this kind of performance from a TRIBBLE monkey.

    I really don't think PWE knew what it was in for when it bought STO. We're not just gamers, we're trekkies/trekkers. I can't think of a more hardcore, fanatical and zealous group of fans in existence. Here's a free tip, PWE. If you're going to change something and it really pans out, you'll get support and adoration like no other group will give you. If you mess something up with our beloved Trek, you'll have ire like you can't imagine.

    As per my earlier post, I want to buy some gamma packs to try and get a bug ship. Gamma packs end tomorrow, so I sent my ticket ASAP.

    I got a response email!!!

    It says I should expect a response in 3-4 days...

    I cant even submit a ticket. i get 404rd

    Actually, the server is there. The text box is just hidden. If you click the "server" box, you can faintly see the black box appear under the drop down. Moving the mouse slightly down will select the server.

    It's a pain, and just a function bug, but it's there if you are desperate to make it work.
