Can Not Transfer Zen to CP

As the title says I can not transform my Zen I just spent money on to CP. I select Star Trek Online from the first drop down menu. Then when I try to select server all it gives me is "No Characters". How do i fix this? I have 3 VA toons and one LT. Help please!!!

    Same problem here. This sucks it was working only 2 days ago then you force the site change on us and now to rub salt into the wound i can't even transfer Zen.

    Please fix this asap, The site i can accept even if it annoys me but not able to transfer zen thats not right.

    I tweeted Branflakes and he says the team is looking into it.

    Hopefully they fix it soon. I want to buy some Doff Packs!!!

    supposedly being logged into the game while trying to transfer the Zen to CP should make it work.

    Nope I found my CP, but what a stupidly bazarre way of recording things.

    yep i have the same thing, cant get my DOFF packs either guess i have no chance in winning that ship now :(

    You got the typical new parent company that just has to assimilate everything under their banner which has never been popular with consumers and never will.


    You got the typical goof up that causes major problems right after but I've never seen anybody keep their site down for tens of hours and come back up with said major problems.


    I click on "Earn Zen" for no particular reason but to check where it leads and I get a "You're a ****ing rookie with no character above level 10, GTFO until you're pro" message.


    The perfect screen shot for this is that one Picard picture with his arm extended and the caption: WHAT THE **** IS THIS ****"

    Likewise, I purchased Zen, but can't transfer it to STO. No server comes up after selecting the game to transfer to.

    i can't either. this *****..... i just purchased zen took a half an hour to review now i can't even transfer it over. wth.....

    Any news about this issue?
    Now i have the ****ing ZEN points and can't use them because the Holodeck server isn't available to transfer the points to.
    I hate it!!!

    I can't even BUY zen- 'the must have charachter at level 10' bug has bitten me (two or three maxed out...). I want the new Fed escort- I just want to do is spend some money with the company! All someone at Cryptic or PWE needs to do is TAKE MY MONEY.

    You can still buy C-Points directly in game using Steam Wallet if you want to avoid the PWE Zen transfer method of PWE. At least for now you can.

    perhaps you need a level 10 character in a PW game (not a cryptic one)
    in which case are all done for

    I tried it and I could transfer ZEN to the holodeck. :smile:
