Can't 'earn free zen'

Hey all,

I've had my account linked for sometime so I'm less than worried about these changes, but I've noticed in the last 24 hours that I can no longer use the 'earn zen' option at offers.perfectworld.com in spite of meeting the requirements and having used it before.


Can anyone else access it or is it just me? Can't figure out who to go to on this onie.

    No, it seems to think we are all brand new accounts. Maybe Brandon can fix this for us.

    Can't buy Zen either. Appears characters are not linked yet .... probably be installed on Tuesday

    Weird for it to 'switch off' though. Are either of you using PWE accounts from before the recent downtime or new today? See if it's new today it would make sense to me for it to not work, butn if from before that just seems poor planning.


    In either case I'm glad it's not just me.

    Isn't that when the medical staff turn up as well?

    i can't transfer zen either.
    in slot 2 of the transfers, it just says no characters...

    Yeah me too,

    It say's I need a level 10 Character - I have 7 Level 50 Characters

    But have youvha your PWE account over a week? It doesn't count te length of your cryptic account for this.

    I cannot purchase or 'charge' my zen at all, does the one week limit have a hand in this? If so that is terrible, I wanted to make a purchase this evening.

    Yeah, there seems to be massive problems with the transition. This is just another.

    Account a week old........this PW accounts been around for more than a few months. (Had to use to talk with CSR about account issues). And I got 6 Level 50 characters. I think I qualify. :rolleyes:

    I was PW account from day one
    So I hope I can still charge zen (I need to do so tomorrow)

    I am having absolutely zero problems.

    Then again I have had a PWE account since PWI came out, so thats probably why (sorry everyone who is having problems).
