Do we need to repost all of our old threads?

Since we can no longer edit our old threads and posts do we need to post them all again if there is anything we need to edit or update?

    The original user data might still be in there, considering I've spotted several quotes which still contain the correct person quoted.

    Sure the old forums weren't the greatest, but at least it WORKED. I don't like to hate on web designers...

    But this sucks.

    In the old system when you quoted someone that name just became part of the text of the post. Now it seems to link to the post that was quoted, but I'm not sure if it actually recognizes the account of the person who made it.

    I would say no to reposting all old threads.

    The data is there, just not the names so it's not like they were lost or gone.

    Why not? I replied to an archived post no problem. Granted it's a pain in the butt without knowing whos who hehe but it's not like the conversations dead.
