I have a question about the subnuc doff (the ultra-rate energy weapons officers):
"On activation of beams or cannons, provides 0.5% change to remove current applies buff"
What it means with "on activation"? is a 0.5% per firing circle (like the energy weapons proc, can only happend 1 time in 1 firing circle), or 0.5% for each weapons (if i have 7 beams = 0.5% per beam, so 0.5% seven times in 1 firing circle)
I understand a firing circle like 1 click on fire_all_phasers

Your interpretation is correct. It is per firing cycle, not per activation period.
