Halo, where no Stahl has pve'ed before

So he does have some sense of what pvp'ers feel. Why does he completely abandon it in this game?

Nope. Must be hard to find older guys who want to team up to frag and who aren't married and non-gamers at that point. :)

Yeah I noticed it, but still he's a pvp enthusiast in some form. It's puzzling the direction he took STO in (100% pve).

You'd think if that old article were the case, ground combat would have been better. :D

Why so much hate for dstahl? Considering the red tape, he has a good record since taking the executive producer position. Personally I'd like to play Xbox with the guy :p

It's simple - he doesn't give PvP the priority we think it should have.

That is, IMHO, a little unfair, of course. But somewhere, all the frustration will have to go, and it's simpler if you can put it all on one person.

It's simple - he doesn't give PvP any bloody time of day.

    Sorry, fixed that for ya.

you forgot the part where theres the failure to deliver when "new maps" are said to be here with the "next" featured series. (been said since the begining of the year before the romulan series)

Don't give people ideas - next thing they blame the PvP crowd for the lack of new Featured Episodes: "The PvP community forced dstahl to link Pvp maps and FEs. Since Cryptic never wanted to support PvP, they now don't release FEs either!" :(

But hey, Champions Online got a new PvP map - it's even a new mode. So don't give up hope just yet.

So now they have something besides Zombie Apoc, and the Standard Arena?

It's weird. Stahl PvP's, but he thinks "cool" something that breaks PvP balance (see: Breen cluster torp, scorpion fighters, cloaking mines, multiple mine launchers per ship, new tier x.5 ships), and almost completely ignores it. And he wonders why the community for PvP dwindles...

I would like to see him in the Ques or Ker'rat (4pmcst till 6pm).

Walk in our shoes (or toe-spiked boots as the case may be)

    Haxcellent!

    Or not. :p

Stormshade mentioned he was partially responsible for pushing the Foundry - so maybe we can push him to give us PvP Founry maps!

    Hi Dalnar!!

I would like more than Dstahl to join the PvP fun, all the Devs should give it a try (imo).

I had a brief but fun experience both fighting and chating with Snix (I think his toon was named Blackthorne) months upon months ago in Shuttle_warz and do see why the Devs couldn't join us in a larger arena and experience the fun.
