Other Playable Facetions

I was just curious on weather or not there would be other playable factions in the future... Or what other players thoughts on this topic would be

    Yes, there will be, in the future. But they have said several times that first they need to get the Klingon Faction better established - and fill in the Federation Faction leveling gaps. Then they'll probably be looking at introducing the Romulans.

    Oh I have no doubt there will be other factions in the future. The when has always been the point of debate. Many people will tell you that half of the factions available presently are not complete. It has been Cryptic's stance that until they have both sides 'on par' with each other would they consider putting another faction in. ATM I would say most likely it would be the Romulans, but time will tell, I still wouldn't even begin to expect traction on that until well after season 5.

    In regards of the Romulan Empire... I say they could make a fully fledged faction.... as for the Spoon heads,Breen,Tholians etc.. your most likely right :D

    One of the reasons I subscribed was that the Cardassians were actually listed under factions in the first version of the website.

    They are still there on the Faction page.

    yes because not playing the Klingons means you aren't a fan of another faction....right

    Yes only 18% of you will even try klingon so that means prolly 0.1% will even try dumulans.

    I wonder how much of that 18% is people who only played Fed side long enough to unlock the Klingon and then never played Fed again? :)

    I was my fed cat stayed at lvl 6 sence the game drop , I only lvled him after season 4 broke the foundrey plus I heard about the ker rat loot.....made some crazy cerdits in the past few days.;)

    Right, but way back when, they had Fed, Klingon, Romulan, and Cardassian emblems under (eventual) playable factions.
