Creating a new fleet

Hello,

I'm looking for 4 more captains to establish a new kind of fleet similar to what was intended for starfleet. All founders will have equal say and perhaps the fleet will be governed by a board rather than a single person.
Not a criticism to the other fleets but certainly there needs to be more member involvement and satisfaction rather than just growing number of players. That focuses on fellowship and regular STF's,PvE,PvP, helpfull to other players. Basically the best of all the other fleets without the BS.

    That's exactly what our fleet is about :) - We have the Leaders (Founders) and Ambassador's (Who has to be voted for rank, by the Leaders ) - Both ranks have equal say in a Officer-vote :)

    We like our democratic ways, and it works.

    i have a fleet thats already form which is looking for people to be department heads. it is lead be a board not a single person.

    Good Luck with your Fleet!
    I only have one suggestion, 7 is a magic number, so make your council no more than 7 members.

    Once you are established send a Fleet Ambassador over to The 2nd Fleet and we will setup some co-op events and such.:)
