I was at a friend's house the other day, and noticed something interesting in her son's toybox.

His mom is NOT a Trek fan.

He is 4 years old, and I asked him which toys were his favorites.......

The answer made me smile.

(Where did he get the action figures? From a local church.........HE PICKED THEM)

He even knew their names.......

Check out the pic.

He's got the entire 25th anniversary set (phasers, and communicators too)

    AND

about 4 of the Micro-Machines ships.....

I was SOOOO happy when I found out, so I had to share it with my fellow STO fans.

Actually, I'm a little worried now. Sure, the kid has Trek figures...but he also has Aqua Man.

And Aqua Man is just one step away from the Wonder Twins.

And the Wonder Twins are just one step away from global armageddon.

    We're all doomed.

Reminds me of CoH. My buddies and I made a bunch of characters that were considered "bad" purposely messed up on the RP server, in part to prove that they could handle things just fine because the game was pretty easy. My own was Travelman, a kinetic who took every travel related power he could get, so he was able to fly, teleport, super speed, and super leap, plus able to give others all those powers. Catch phrase: "Faster than a speeding bullet. Yeah, that's it."

Anyway, we formed our guild for them, which was the League of Aquamen, used the orange and green as guild colors and all that. Guild slogan: "We can talk to fish."
    Wonder Twin powers.....activate!

    Form of an ice cube!

Very neat. And very telling for me that I started looking at the other toys and started thinking what I could do with them in terms of 40K conversion bitz. :p
