So here is my question, as It states in the minimum system requirements "Intel HD Graphics" How does that fair against the ATI 4290 integrated in the 890gx motherboards.

Currently I have a laptop the specs are:
Windows 7 64bit
Screen Size (Inches) 15.6
Intel core i3 330m 2.13GHz
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD (GMA HD)
2GB memory
500GB HDD

I am playing on 1366x768 low settings 30-35fps

How would that compare to:
Windows 7 64bit
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition 3.4GHz
ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 Motherboard (on-board ATI 4290 with 128MB side port memory + 512MB system)
Corsair CMP4GX3M2B1600C8 4GB (2x2GB) memory
500GB HDD
500 Watt power supply

I am fine with low settings and the same resolution,
and later on I will pick up a nice dedicated GPU. (and a power supply) to really crank the game up:)
Thank you in advance.

A 4290 should cope with the game untill you can get a dedicated card. Also you probably won't need a new PSU if you buy an ATI 5770/GTX 460 which are both more than capable of running the game at good settings + 1920x1080 (might change if you do major OCing or it's a really really TRIBBLE PSU lol)
