How to Edit Tickets in the *new* Atari Support System?

I remember back when the STO support ticket system was on the STO and not the Atari site there was an Edit button, i can't find it anymore.

It clearly says "you can respond by selecting the ticket, then click on Edit Ticket." there is no such button!


Also i submitted a ticket for the "Category: Community/Forum Issues"

"Customer Service Responses:
Thank you for your ticket. It appears that your issue would be best addressed by our Community team. To save time, we have converted your request into a Community ticket so that a member of the Community team will be able to address this as soon as possible. You may also submit future Community questions directly to the Community team here: http://www.atari.com/support. "

yeah wasn't that exactly how i did submit it... !?

Anyway now that the ticket has a *response* i don't think it will ever get looked at again because everything with a response is considdered CLOSED.

now how do i edit it? so that it at least says edited?

    Unless the status says CS Replied there isn't an edit link apparently (which actually is very frustrating i must say)
