I remember back when the STO support ticket system was on the STO and not the Atari site there was an Edit button, i can't find it anymore.
It clearly says "you can respond by selecting the ticket, then click on Edit Ticket." there is no such button!
Also i submitted a ticket for the "Category: Community/Forum Issues"

yeah wasn't that exactly how i did submit it... !?
Anyway now that the ticket has a *response* i don't think it will ever get looked at again because everything with a response is considdered CLOSED.
now how do i edit it? so that it at least says edited?
