More incentives and opportunities for teamwork across would help PvP and STFs!

PvP and STFs suffer from one big problem - it is content that relies heavily on teamwork and cooperation. Most of the game doesn't really require that, and can be played solo or together.

In general, I am not against solo play - that's how I leveled. But there are two draw-backs:
- A player doesn't really build up a group of friends that he would experience content with together.
- A player doesn't learn how to work together with others and coordinate with them.

This makes STFs and PvP at endgame very difficult. You don't actually have a group of people you would regularly play with, and you don't really know how to coordinate with random people you end up together with.

Fleets can help here, but Fleets are not a necessity, and even fleet members don't regularly play with each other. There is no real need for it, it's really _only_ for the social aspects of it. While socialization can be a good motivator, it doesn't work for everyone. So I think we need additional motivations (without claiming they will apply to everyone either, but they will apply to additional players.)

My idea would be to have existing and new missions (including exploration) contain optional objectives that require people to work together.
Optional Objectives could be designed to require between 2 to 3 players, and have stuff like:
- Keep all allied NPCs alive (forcing the team to split up and work at saving the NPCs)
- Scan objectives within a time limit a single player can't match.
- Work together to disable a forcefield and get something or someone behind it.
- etc.
The objectives would come with their own reward (Items, skill points, Emblems). They are still optional - you can complete the mission and the storyline even without them.
